Richard Guerard, a founding member of GK&B, focuses his practice on real estate transactions, zoning, entitlement and development, real estate tax complaints, business and commercial representation. Mr. Guerard is a member of the Bar for Illinois Supreme Court and has served as Chairman of numerous real estate-related committees through DuPage County Bar Association, as well as being a past president of the DuPage County Bar Association.
