I was born and raised in the Little Village neighborhood on the south side of Chicago and have lived in the Chicago area my entire life. After graduating college with a degree in accounting and working as a CPA for two years, I decided to switch gears and attend law school full time. Since then I have been continually working in private practice. .I have been with Guerard Kalina & Butkus since 1983 and I concentrate my practice on banking and finance, commercial law, civil litigation, franchising, real estate, corporate, estate planning, and asset protection.
